Antique Sapphire Ruby Diamond Clover Cigar Cutter Fob

Wonderful antique cigar cutter in 10K yellow gold circa 1910 set with a lucky clover of diamond, ruby, and sapphire. The pendant/ fob/ charm is personalized on the back with the initials LCV. The tab on the side can be pulled out to open the cutter, and then pushed in to cut the cigar. A great novelty item for the best man's gift, groomsman gift or worn as a pendant for the ladies. Very collectible!

Measurements: The cutter measures 1 5/8 inches tall and 5/8 inches wide. We have added a 14K gold filled chain.

Condition: All original and good condition with one slight indent. Slight signs of wear are commensurate with age and use. Well-crafted antique piece!
